Multidisciplinary team focused on generating an ordinator plan for public lighting in the city, which allows the establishment of night identity of the city by means of light, revitalize public spaces and encourage its reappropriation during the night and define precise guidelines, in four aspects (Environmental, Space, Social and Technical) that govern the intervention of public lighting. Product of this project arises the Manual of Public Lighting for the City of Medellín.
